We are delighted to announce that our Circle Restaurant has been nominated as Heritage & Arts Establishment Of The Year in the Sports and Leisure Catering Awards.

Melissa Menns recently took over as Head Chef, after joining the theatre as a Sous Chef. After previously working in the hotel trade, she thrives on the fast-paced nature of working in a theatre. With our Circle Restaurant seating up to 95 people a night in only one sitting, numerous gala dinners, events and press nights, she is definitely kept on her toes!

Keeping the the menu modern and fresh, we have a menu that constantly changes to suit the production on in our main theatre. Whilst Cameron Mackintosh’s epic musical Miss Saigon is on, Melissa is bringing the taste of Asia to our menu with scrumptious Saigon inspired dishes including chilli & coriander crusted pork tenderloin, yellow curry lentil scotch egg and much more.

Melissa and our fantastic restaurant are featured in this month’s Sports and Leisure Catering Magazine, which you can read online here.
