What's Happened to Afternoon Tea?
Since introducing our lunch menu we’ve decided to stop offering Afternoon Tea. All existing Afternoon Tea Bookings will be honoured but we are no longer taking future reservations for tea.
Why do I have to pay a deposit for The Circle Lounge?
As spaces in The Circle Lounge are limited, we kindly ask for a small deposit per person for our lunch and evening sittings, which is taken off money spent on food on the day.
This helps us to ensure that everyone who wishes to dine with us is able to.
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please give us 48 hours notice and your deposit will be refunded. We are unable to refund deposits in the event of a no-show.

Do you have a children's menu in The Circle Lounge?
Yes we have a children’s menu available.
Our children’s menus are great for little ones up to around 10 years old.
How do I book a table in The Circle Lounge?
Tables can be booked online or by phone when you purchase tickets, or if you already have your tickets you can book a table online here. Just remember to choose the same date and time as your performance. If you’d rather book over the phone, just give us a call on the number below.

What are the opening times for The Circle Lounge?
The Circle Lounge opens two hours before the performance start time. You can also pre-order your interval drinks and desserts and return to your table to beat the queues!
Can I see your menu beforehand?
Yes! The menu has a Mediterranean influence – for matinees there is a lunch menu and for evenings there are sharing platters, sensational small plates and delicious desserts.
I have an allergy. Do the dish descriptions mention every ingredient?
Our dish descriptions don’t always mention every single ingredient, so please ask your server who’ll provide an allergen menu. Our allergen menu covers the 14 allergens specified by the Food Information Regulations. When booking online or over the phone you can add a note about any dietary requirements, so we are aware before your visit.
Can I amend or cancel my existing reservation?
Yes! You can amend or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours beforehand, but please let us know as soon as possible for cancellations so we can offer the table to other visitors.

Do you accept walk ups for dining or must I pre-book?
The Circle Lounge has a limited number of spaces, so it is better to book in advance to avoid disappointment and secure a table. However, if there is space we will be happy to welcome you in!
Do you serve gluten free options?
Our menu always contains gluten free options and a full allergen menu is available upon request.
Is your food kosher?
The Circle Lounge is not a kosher restaurant, as we can serve pork. We do not have specific handling policies that ensure the final dishes are Kosher.
Is the meat you serve halal?
When available we aim to use halal meat products. Please let your server know any dietary preferences, you can also add a note to at the time of booking about any requirements.
Is there a limit to the number of guests I can book on my reservation?
You can book online or by phone for a party of up to 9 people. For any larger groups, please email us below.

Can I bring my assistance animal into The Circle Lounge?
Working dogs are allowed inside The Circle Lounge. Please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a suitable table.
Do you offer any discounts in The Circle Lounge?
Yes! Our Patrons, Friends and Creative Card members are entitled to discounts in The Circle Lounge.
We offer 15% discount for Friends and Creative Card members and 20% discount for Patrons off your final bill. This discount covers your entire party.
Do you accept cash in The Circle Lounge?
We are a cashless venue, so we accept card or contactless payments only.
Do you accept Gift Vouchers for payment in The Circle Lounge?
Gift Vouchers can be used to pay for deposits in advance via our website or with our Information and Sales team. We do not currently accept Gift Vouchers for payment in The Circle Lounge, when paying for drinks or food from our menus.
Is there a service charge?
No, we do not apply an additional service charge to the cost of your food and drinks.
Can I take my food with me to my seat?
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow guests to take food with them to their auditorium seats. You can however, pre-order your drinks and desserts for the interval, where they will be waiting for you at your table.
