ABOUT BOOKING MY TICKETS

Why am I in a queue online…?

To ensure the website can continue to function under the pressure, when you click through to book your tickets you will enter a queue on the website. Please keep an eye on the queue as when it is your turn, you may need to click a link to take you to the next stage. Keep the browser open and don’t refresh the page to ensure you keep your place in the queue.

Where is the best place to sit…?

Our main auditorium is made up of the Stalls (downstairs) and Circle (upstairs). Both offer a clear view of the stage, with the Stalls being close to the action with a gradual slope and the Circle offering more of a picture view of the stage with a steeper rake above those sitting in front of you. It’s all down to personal preference and how you wish to see the show. You can view our seating plan here, with approximate view from your seat available.
