You can book tickets at our ticket sales counter from Monday to Friday, 10am till 5pm. Our ticket sales counter is accessed via our Thorp Street Reception, located on Thorp Street. During performances, our ticket sales counter at Thorp Street will be open 90 minutes before the performance starts for future ticket sales or Box Office queries.
Our ticket sales counter opening times may be subject to change during bank holidays. Please call our Information and Sales team for counter opening times on bank holidays, ahead of your journey.
