Unrequited love, love for sale, selling out, art, cinema, cinematic stardom – these are some of the themes of Sunset Boulevard.

How Billy Wilder’s film evokes, dramatises and conveys these themes and a comparison to how the musical does the same will be the subject of this talk by Jose Arroyo.
