The UK’s First and Only all professional Wheelchair Dance Company, Propel, are doing a performance takeover on Sat 29 Aug in Birmingham’s Bullring.

Featuring short works – joyful, powerful and technically exciting – each performance is unique. Freewheeling community dance group join the company on stage, alongside brand-new commissioned work made up of a community cast of disabled and non-disabled dancers, making this a real celebration of what disability dance can look and feel like when it takes centre stage.

Propel Dance blends contemporary dance with para dance sport technique, creating work that is athletic, artistic and unmissable.

Want to join in? There will also be time for audience participation during an inclusive dance workshop led by Propel’s Artistic Director, Helen Mason.
