Just the ticket!

We’re delighted to announce new productions on sale for our 2016 season providing a great choice of live theatre for all tastes.  Tickets went on sale to Birmingham Hippodrome Friends today, and will go on general sale from 10am on Thur 17 Dec.

Dance: Sampled (17&18 May) has been added to the International Dance Festival Birmingham 2016 line-up; The inspirational life of Nelson Mandela is brought to life through jazz, swing, opera and folk music in Mandela Trilogy (20&21 Sep); Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater are back after 5 years (23& 24 Sep) featuring an all-star line-up; the multi-award winning musical Blood Brothers returns (10-22 Oct); and Birmingham Royal Ballet’s Christmas classic The Nutcracker is back in time for the 2016 festive season (25 Nov-13 Dec). PLUS we recently announced our 2016/17 pantomime Dick Whittington (19 Dec 2016 – 29 Jan 2017).

With all the fantastic productions new to Birmingham Hippodrome’s 2016 season, it’s the perfect opportunity to take advantage of priority booking by joining the theatre’s popular Friends Scheme.   By joining now, new Friends will be ready to book priority tickets for Billy Elliot The Musical when it goes on sale to Friends on Mon 14 March 2016
