Are you aged 14 to 18?
Do you have a passion for Musical Theatre?
Do you enjoy singing, dancing and acting?
If so, join our new company which will meet at the Hippodrome on Saturdays. You’ll have the chance to work with theatre professionals to create a short performance which you’ll share with an audience at the end of the course. This company is for any young person aged 14-18 who is passionate about performing and would like the opportunity to develop their skills and confidence, with the help of industry experts, in a working theatre.
You’ll work alongside a director, choreographer, and a musical director to create a piece which takes a journey through time exploring different styles of music, dance and how people partied and had fun in the past. You’ll have chance to perform as part of an ensemble both in the Hippodrome and as part of our Summer in Southside Festival.
