Children under 3 years of age will NOT be admitted to performances as this may disturb other patrons’ enjoyment.

PAYMENT:

We accept the following debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro. Solo is also accepted when booking over the telephone or in person. (Please note tickets will only be sent to card holder's address). Cheques made payable to 'Birmingham Hippodrome'.

GIFT VOUCHERS:

We do not accept West End Theatre Tokens but instead operate our own popular Gift Voucher scheme. Telephone 0844 338 5000 for details. Transaction charges apply.

TRANSACTION CHARGE:

	Most Birmingham Hippodrome ticket transactions incur a fee of 5% or a flat rate of between 50p and £1 per ticket for groups.
	Birmingham Hippodrome Theatre Trust is an independent registered charity (No. 510842) operating not-for-profit. It does not receive revenue funding from any public source and retains only a small percentage of the ticket price.
	The transaction charge pays for commissions charged by credit card companies and banks and any balance is retained by the Trust as a contribution to the costs of operating the ticket sales service.
	Non-group cash sales over our Hurst Street counter currently incur no transaction charge.
	Members of the Birmingham Hippodrome Friends scheme are also exempt from the transaction charge for their own tickets when a Friends discount applies. You can become a Friend by calling 0844 338 5000.
	Agency charges vary. Patrons are encouraged to check carefully when booking.
